Supply chain events

May 2017 Event

The project hosted their third local supply chain event in Aberdeen in May 2017. Over 250 delegates attended to find out more about the project and the potential opportunities throughout the Operations and Maintenance Phase. Representatives from Vattenfall, EOWDC and MHI Vestas presented their work packages and shared potential opportunities for local businesses. AREG, Scottish Enterprise, Energetica  and the economic development departments from Aberdeenshire and City also showcased how they can support businesses throughout the procurement process.

September 2016 Event

The project hosted their second local supply chain event in Aberdeen in September, 2016, for companies looking to secure work on the EOWDC.

The event attracted 250 delegates, a strong indication that businesses recognise the opportunities that the project will bring to the region.

  • 100% felt better informed about the EOWDC
